Hogan Re-elected Lawrence County Attorney

November, 2006- The attorneys and staff of Hogan & Robinson PLLC join in congratulating Partner Michael T. Hogan on winning re-election as Lawrence County Attorney. This will be Hogan's second term as county attorney. Asked about his re-election, Hogan replied, "It is an honor for me to serve the people of Lawrence County. This community has a lot of challenges ahead of us especially when it comes to continuing to fight the drug problem."

Harbour Joins Firm

August, 2006-Hogan & Robinson PLLC is proud to announce that Paula L. Harbour is joining the firm as an associate. Her practice will focus on personal injury and civil litigation. She is a graduate of the Appalachian School of Law and resides in Huntington, West Virginia. Harbour is licensed to practice in Kentucky and West Virgina.

Firm Settles $100,000 Car Accident Case

May 2006-Though the law firm of Hogan & Robinson, PLLC are ready to go to trial and litigate their clients' cases, their pre-suit negotiations has once again allowed them to recover policy limits  for one of their clients involved in an automobile accident.  The settlement was $110,000 and now their client, a high school student, will now have money for future medical bills and a trust fund that will pay for her college education.

Webb Joins Firm

April 19, 2006-Hogan & Robinson PLLC is proud to announce that legal intern Jill Webb has passed the Kentucky Bar Exam and is joining the firm as an associate. Her practice will focus on personal injury and family law. She is a graduate of the Appalachian School of Law and resides in Louisa, Kentucky.

Firm Settle $500,000 Truck Accident Case

November 2005-The firm of Hogan & Robinson PLLC once again has settled a case for a victim of a truck accident case to compensate them for their injuries. The total settlement was in excess of $500,000 and the client now will have resources for future medical bills and a college trust fund.
